Wow! Six years since we got married! And a lot has happened in six years :)
David and I had a date on the day before our anniversary, and we chose to go to a beach and relax. We spent the day hanging out and talking (without interruptions...yes, we did have a babysitter ;) ) eating a picnic lunch on the beach, and really enjoying the day together. It was grand!

The closest people for most of the time were the kids running and playing in the water quite a ways away. There were a few times we had some random people come and sit close to us and just watch...kind of felt like we were in a zoo... I guess we're still a curiosity :)
Just down the road was a restaurant that we had heard about from some friends, so we went there for supper. It was completely beyond our expectations! We ate in a large gazebo-type building with a thatched roof, a view of the ocean, and surrounded by flowers and classical music. Then we had olives and cheese, bread and garlic butter, salad, juice, and our entrees of lobster and shrimp.
After supper we took a walk around the gardens and up to few lookouts. For sure a place we need to go back to sometime!!
